Maciej Libucha is a Senior Vice President of AltaView and is located in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He has extensive experience performing valuation analyses of businesses and assets of various sizes and across a broad range of industries. Maciej has completed numerous engagements related to estate and gift tax planning, corporate and shareholder planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting with a particular emphasis on the valuation of alternative asset managers, including carried interests, fee waivers, and capital interests in private equity and hedge funds. He has prepared valuation analyses and reports for attorneys, accountants, shareholders, boards of directors, and company management teams.

 

In addition, Maciej has expertise in the following areas:

• Restricted securities (Rule 144, insider stock, blockage discounts)

• Discounts for lack of control and lack of marketability

• Pass-through entities (S Corp, LLC, LP)

Prior to joining AltaView, Maciej was an Assistant Vice President at Management Planning, Inc. (MPI). Maciej has completed Level II of the CFA program.
