Vandana Singh, is a Vice President of AltaView. Vandana specializes in business valuation and financial advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and operating companies. She has particular expertise in determining discounts for lack of control and lack of marketability for fractional interests in real property and for interests in business entities, which hold real property, marketable securities, and other traditional and non-traditional assets. ​

Vandana has performed valuations for a variety of purposes including estate and gift tax planning and reporting, business planning, partner buyouts and litigation support. In addition, she has experience in valuing a wide range of securities including limited liability company and limited partnership interests, undivided interests and promissory notes.​

• Privately owned companies and asset-holding companies, including real estate holding companies

• Discounts for lack of control and lack of marketability

• Second-level (or tiered) discounts

Prior to joining AltaView, Vandana was a Research Lead at Evalueserve where she worked closely for a US based asset management firm. Prior to joining Evalueserve, she served as an associate at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services.
